The Conversation
The Conversation is not in the words.
What happens in The Conversation doesn’t happen in words.
"So, like… what is it?"
Powerful, practical, profound.
The Conversation is a revolutionary new process of Self-realization; an extremely practical and experiential approach. Through a carefully orchestrated series of investigations and distinctions, The Conversation leads us step by step, out of the many stories and projections of the mind, out of misery and suffering and into the direct experience of who we really are.
Fun, fascinating…
and always highly entertaining.
In The Conversation, Brandon has invented an entirely new kind of transformational workshop combining elements of “performance art”, “living theater”, or live “participatory theater”, where you the audience member turn out to be the principle performer in the play. You decide your own level of involvement. No one is called upon during The Conversation unless they choose to be by raising a hand, which means you can either choose to just sit back and enjoy the ride, or else dive right in with everything you’ve got and then—“take what you get”.
Outlandish, provocative,
and at times…
infuriating.
The Conversation is also satsang or “sharing of truth” in its most radical and outrageous form. So please be warned: The Conversation is not for the spiritually timid or faint of heart. Brandon's approach is direct, relentless, and uncompromising. This isn’t just a bunch of spiritual platitudes or eye-gazing nonsense. The Conversation is for real. Participants should be prepared for explicit use of language and an atmosphere of intense experiential process.
The Conversation
Where you’re almost guaranteed to get enlightened.
In which case you have to pay double.
"The Conversation, no, I mean really,
A renowned professor of philosophy, Robert Swanson, likens the process and pedagogy of The Conversation to an emotionally charged and personally applied course in Radical Constructivism. Radical Constructivism holds that all reality is given existence by our thinking, through the individual process of “meaning-making”. Without the thinking process or vehicle of language/communication, a person has no “problems” in the psychological sense. In other words, problems only become real in the conversation that invents them.
Abuses, failures, personal lose, poor decisions and many other experiences often lead to anxiety, self-debasement and guilt. If the individual can reframe those events as void of all meaning or as “empty-and-meaningless” then that creates a whole new relationship to life. A shift happens or a transformation occurs. Your life becomes framed in a whole new way. The way you approach life and the way life approaches you, changes.
To stand in “empty-and-meaningless” (a.k.a., nothingness… our natural state... our Unborn Buddha Mind) is to stand in a Realm of Possibility where you really DO have a choice as to whether you buy into a story or not. You do have that choice because right now in The Conversation you are the one giving you that choice. The Conversation is all about choices. It’s our inability to choose which keeps us stuck in life and stuck in all the stories that are currently running our life.
Life becomes a blessing when nothing means anything anymore; when everything is what it is, when all the stories are gone and we wake up to reality.
WAKE UP EVERYONE! Happiness is your nature. Love is who you are. And all that is ever standing between you and the direct experience of that is really just a thought, belief or story of some kind. Which thought, belief or story? Well just the one you’re stuck in and mistaking for reality.
There is no suffering in reality. No suffering in who you really are. All suffering lives in the story you tell about that. Who you are without your story is free of suffering. Who you are without your story is Freedom Itself. That’s your Birthright. It's your Divine Inheritance. Whether you even “think” you deserve it or not—that’s what you get.
Radical Constructivism? Well, that’s just his point of view. What is yours? The Conversation is nothing but what you make of it. And then whatever you make of it—is exactly what you get.
The Conversation
It’s all about you, baby.
